The Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims must publish its decisions so the public can find and use them. The Court, or the Court if it allows the chief judge, can make exceptions about what gets published. Published decisions count as official evidence in all federal and state courts without extra proof. These publications can be sold under the same rules as other public documents.
