The Chief Judge can call all the Court’s judges to a yearly meeting at a time and place the Chief Judge picks. The meeting is to talk about the Court’s work and ways to make justice run better. The Court must set rules so lawyers who can practice before the Court and other legal professionals can attend and take part.
