Summary

The Appalachian Regional Commission must meet at least once each year with the Federal Cochairman and with more than half of the state members present. The Commission can also hold extra meetings electronically when it thinks they are needed, and those online meetings may be used to decide matters that require an affirmative vote.

(a)The Appalachian Regional Commission shall conduct at least one meeting each year with the Federal Cochairman and at least a majority of the state members present.
(b)The Commission may conduct additional meetings by electronic means as the Commission considers advisable, including meetings to decide matters requiring an affirmative vote.
