Require the information listed in sections 11131, 11132(a), and 11133 to be sent regularly, at least once a month, in the form the Secretary sets, starting no later than November 14, 1987. The reports must go to the Secretary or, if the Secretary chooses, to a public or private agency that has agreed to receive, store, protect confidentiality, and share the data under this law. Information from section 11131 must also be sent to the State licensing board where the medical malpractice claim happened. Information under section 11133(b) must also be sent to the State licensing board where the health care entity is located if it was not already sent under the rule above.
