§11372a Amount and allocation of assistance

Summary

The Secretary must set aside 20 percent of the yearly funds for the activities listed in section 11374 and must certify that doing this will not harm the renewal of existing projects under this part and part C for people or families who are homeless. Grantees under section 11372 whose service area includes places served by collaborative applicants under part C must allocate their grant money for the section 11374 activities after consulting those collaborative applicants.
