For purposes of this subchapter—
(1)the term “Conference” means the 1993 White House Conference on Children, Youth, and Families; and
(2)the terms “child”, “youth”, and “young individual” means 11 So in original. Probably should be “mean”. an individual who is less than 21 years of age.
