Gives $25,000,000 from the Treasury to the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General for fiscal year 2009 to fight fraud and abuse in the Medicaid program under Title XIX. It also authorizes $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2010 and for each year after that. By September 30, 2009 and by that date each year after, the Inspector General must send a report to the House Committees on Energy and Commerce and Appropriations and the Senate Committees on Finance and Appropriations. The report must cover the prior 12 months of funded activities, show how much was spent on each activity, and estimate the Medicaid savings from each activity.
