Summary

The demonstration must end between 2 and 5 years after it starts. Within 6 months after it ends, the Secretary must send Congress a final report with an evaluation and recommendations for legislation.

(a)The demonstration program under this subchapter shall terminate not less than 2 and not more than 5 years after the date on which the demonstration program is commenced.
(b)Not later than 6 months after the termination of the demonstration program under this subchapter, the Secretary shall submit to the Congress a final report, which shall include—
(1)an evaluation 11 So in original. Probably should be followed by “of”. the effectiveness of the activities carried out under the demonstration program; and
(2)any findings and recommendations of the Secretary for any appropriate legislative action.
