§17151 Definitions

Names who can take part in the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Program: the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program created under section 17152(a). State: any State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and any other U.S. territory or possession.
