The Director must create a web page on the Foundation’s website with current guidance for institutions and individual researchers. It must cover five things: a clear explanation of the Foundation’s research security rules; non‑classified advice about risks to research integrity and the research enterprise; examples of useful international collaborations and how they differ from foreign government interference; best practices to reduce security risks; and extra reference materials and tools to help grant seekers and awardees share information with the Foundation.
