If the Commission thinks someone has broken or is about to break the rules under this law, the Attorney General, for the United States, can go to a court and ask it to stop the conduct or make the person follow the rules. If the Commission shows the person has done or will do those acts, the court may issue temporary or permanent orders, such as injunctions or restraining orders, to stop the behavior or enforce compliance.
