The Secretary, through the Centers for Disease Control, must, no later than 3 years after October 24, 1992, and every year after that, publish and send a report to the States and the public. The report must show the pregnancy success rates clinics sent under section 263a–1(a)(1) and name any clinic that failed to report required rates. It must also list embryo laboratories from reports under section 263a–1(a)(2), saying whether each is certified under section 263a–2, certified by an accreditation body approved under section 263a–3 when the State did not adopt the certification program, or, if not certified, whether the lab applied for certification.
