Defines three words used in this part. "Organ" means what section 121.2 of title 42, Code of Federal Regulations says. "Organ procurement organization" means a qualified organ procurement organization described in section 273(b)(1) of this title. "Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network" means the network created under section 274 of this title.

For purposes of this part:
