Summary

The Secretary must make a yearly report on what the States do under this part. The report can include the Secretary’s suggestions for administrative or legislative action and must be sent to Congress as part of the report required by section 300cc(a).

The Secretary shall annually prepare a report on the activities of the States carried out pursuant to this part. Such report may include any recommendations of the Secretary for appropriate administrative and legislative initiatives. The report shall be submitted to the Congress through inclusion in the comprehensive report required in section 300cc(a) 11 See References in Text note below. of this title.
