Each State agency that gets a grant or cooperative agreement under section 300ii–1 must send the data, information, and measures the Secretary asks for. The Secretary will use that information to evaluate the funded programs and activities, including any results called for under section 300ii–1(d)(2)(B)(xii), and to identify which programs work well. By October 1, 2023, the Secretary must send a report to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions and to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce about the outcomes of the funded programs and any effective programs found.
