Make the WTC Program Administrator set up the same way to collect and analyze data about World Trade Center health conditions. The data must include claims, how common conditions are, and any new WTC-related illnesses. Everyone who gets monitoring or treatment under part B must be included, no matter where they live or which Clinical Center treats them. Each Clinical Center must send its data to its Data Center for analysis. The Data Centers must work with the World Trade Center Health Registry. All information must stay private and follow federal privacy rules, including HIPAA and the Privacy Act.
