Summary

Do not knowingly lie or cause someone else to lie about important facts when you give items or services that a State might pay for from a state grant. If something happens that changes your right to get those payments, you must tell the State. Do not hide or fail to report it to get more money or any money you should not get. If you break these rules, you can be fined under federal law, put in jail for up to 5 years, or both.
