Summary

States that get grants under section 300x or 300x–21 must send the Secretary a report in the form the Secretary decides after talking with the States. The report must record three things from the previous fiscal year: why the grant money was spent and what the State did, who received grant funds, and how much each recipient got. States must follow chapter 75 of title 31 for audits. They must make the reports and audits available for public inspection in the State and give copies of the report under subsection (a) to anyone who asks, including public agencies.
