2020—Pub. L. 116–131 amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section authorized appropriations for fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019. 2016—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 114–144, § 3(e)(1), substituted “$40,063,000 for each of the fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019.” for “such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.” Subsec. (b). Pub. L. 114–144, § 3(e)(2), amended subsec. (b) generally.
