Send any reports about the Agency’s research, development, and demonstration work quickly to the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology and to the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, unless the law forbids it. The Administrator must keep those committees fully up to date. Reports required by section 5910 must be made available for public comment and sent to heads of affected agencies for comment and, when action is recommended, for a reply. The Administrator must also actively share all EPA research activity and results on environmental control technologies with the Department of Energy to help DOE plan and set priorities.
