§5517 Authorization of appropriations

Summary

Provides specific funding for federal agencies. It gives $5,000,000 to NASA for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975; the money stays available until spent and must be used for the Administrator’s duties under this part. It also gives $5,000,000 to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for the same year, available until spent, to be used for HUD duties and to transfer to the Department of Defense, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the General Services Administration so they can do their duties under this part. It also provides $50,000,000 in total for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979 to carry out the programs created by this part.
