§5819 Report to Congress on future reorganization

Summary

The President must send Congress, as soon as possible but no later than June 30, 1975, any extra recommendations he thinks helpful about how the federal government should organize its energy work. That should say whether to create a Department of Energy and Natural Resources, an Energy Policy Council, or to combine energy rule‑making and oversight duties in whole or in part. The report replaces the report required by section 774(a)(4) of title 15 and serves the same purpose.
