Summary

Money can be made available to the Secretary to do the work under this part: $1,700,000 for fiscal year 1976, $1,500,000 for 1977, $3,300,000 for 1978, and $10,000,000 for 1979. Money can also be made available to the Commission: $650,000 for 1976, $700,000 for 1977, $700,000 for 1978, and $2,000,000 for 1979. Extra funds can be given to the Secretary to allocate: $1,100,000 for 1976, $2,500,000 for 1977, and $1,800,000 for 1978.

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary not more than the following amounts to carry out his responsibilities under this part—
(1)$1,700,000 for fiscal year 1976;
(2)$1,500,000 for fiscal year 1977;
(3)$3,300,000 for fiscal year 1978; and
(4)$10,000,000 for fiscal year 1979.
(b)There are authorized to be appropriated to the Commission not more than the following amounts to carry out its responsibilities under this part—
(1)$650,000 for fiscal year 1976;
(2)$700,000 for fiscal year 1977;
(3)$700,000 for fiscal year 1978; and
(3)11 So in original. Probably should be designated “(4)”. $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1979.
(c)There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to be allocated not more than the following amounts—
(1)$1,100,000 for fiscal year 1976;
(2)$2,500,000 for fiscal year 1977; and
(3)$1,800,000 for fiscal year 1978.
