On and after October 21, 1998, the Administrator is authorized to enter into assistance agreements with Federally 11 So in original. Probably should not be capitalized. recognized Indian tribes on such terms and conditions as the Administrator deems appropriate for the development and implementation of programs to manage hazardous waste, and underground storage tanks.
