Under the earlier authorization in section 3103(a), $25,000,000 may be used to carry out this part of the law. Up to $250,000,000 is authorized to be appropriated to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund established in section 7384e.

(b)There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $250,000,000 to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund established by section 7384e of this title.
