Summary

If a person is convicted of fraud related to applying for or getting workers’ compensation or similar benefits, they lose any right to get compensation or benefits under this law for any injury, illness, or death that happened on or before the date of their conviction. Federal, state, or local agencies must give the President, if he asks in writing and needs it to enforce this rule, the names and Social Security numbers of people jailed for felony convictions in facilities they run, even if other privacy laws would normally block that.
