"Art" or "arts" covers many creative fields, like architecture (including saving or reusing buildings), landscape and urban design, interior and graphic design, fine and performing arts, literature, crafts, photography, film and other similar cultural activities. "Nonprofit organization" means an organization whose profits do not go to private owners, that meets the limits of 501(c)(3) of title 26 on lobbying and won’t take part in political campaigns; it can include States, local governments, regional groups, societies, neighborhood groups, museums, and similar bodies.
