Summary

Federal agencies must give the Energy Secretary information about what they are doing under this subchapter. The Secretary must report to Congress (section 8260) on each agency’s use of the authority in contracts and the energy savings achieved.

Each Federal agency shall periodically furnish the Secretary of Energy with full and complete information on its activities under this subchapter, and the Secretary shall include in the report submitted to Congress under section 8260 11 See References in Text note below. of this title a description of the progress made by each Federal agency in— (1)
(2)achieving energy savings under contracts entered into under this subchapter.
