The Comptroller General must study, for each State, how many families can get help under the Child Care and Development Block Grant, how many have applied (noting the kind of help), and how many are on waiting lists. The Comptroller General must send a report with the results to the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee and the House Education and the Workforce Committee by 2 years after November 19, 2014, and every 2 years after that. "State" means the term as defined in section 658P of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990.
