Title 43 › Chapter CHAPTER 32A— - COLORADO RIVER BASIN SALINITY CONTROL › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER I— - PROGRAMS DOWNSTREAM FROM IMPERIAL DAM › § 1580
Defines "Navajo Generating Station" as the United States' share of power from the Navajo Generating Station at Page, Arizona. If that U.S. share is merged with other plants, it means the portion of power from the combined system that belongs to the United States, and if Navajo is replaced or another resource is used, it means the same amount of power from the new source. Terms taken from the Colorado River Compact keep the meanings they have in that Compact.
