Allows the Secretary of the Interior to find, improve, protect, and make springs, streams, and water holes on dry public lands easier for people to use. The Secretary can put up sturdy markers and signs along travel routes, install simple gear to bring water to the surface at those sites, and make and share maps and reports showing where the water sources are.
