The Secretary of the Interior can provide and pay for schooling for children of workers actually building Bureau of Reclamation projects when that building work puts an undue strain on local public schools. He must make cooperative agreements with the local school districts to share costs, run Government facilities, or help expand schools. Those expenses are charged to the project and must be repaid in the same way and to the same extent as the project’s other construction costs.
