Summary

The Secretary of the Interior can reappraise any unsold town lots on Reclamation Act projects whenever he thinks it is needed. After reappraising, he can sell those lots following the appraisal and sale rules in sections 562 and 563, whether they were appraised before or will be appraised later.

The Secretary of the Interior is authorized, whenever he may deem it necessary, to reappraise all unsold lots within town sites on proj­ects under the reclamation Act heretofore or hereafter appraised under the provisions of section 562 and 563 of this title; and thereafter to proceed with the sale of such town lots in accordance with said sections.
