Title 44 › Chapter CHAPTER 11— - EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIARY PRINTING AND BINDING › § 1107
Explains how to split printing and binding costs for reports from executive departments and agencies that, before March 30, 1906, were charged elsewhere. The agency that produced the report pays preparation costs (illustrations, layout, plates). The remaining costs are shared between congressional and agency printing funds based on copies delivered. Copies distributed outside these channels follow other rules.
