Department and agency heads must check the Congressional Record every day and immediately order from the Government Publishing Office the needed copies for official use, but not more than the number of department bureaus and head office divisions. The Government Publishing Office must send five copies of each public bill and resolution to every office as soon as printed; the State Department gets ten. More copies supplied on prompt request.
