Title 44 › Chapter CHAPTER 13— - PARTICULAR REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS › § 1333
Each year the Librarian of Congress must make collections of short readings, references, and other helpful materials for two debate topics: the high school topic chosen by the National University Extension Association and the college topic chosen by the American Speech Association. High school collections are printed as Senate documents and college collections as House of Representatives documents, paid from the congressional printing and binding allotment; the Joint Committee on Printing can order extra copies and decide how they are distributed.
