Title 44 › Chapter CHAPTER 23— - NATIONAL ARCHIVES TRUST FUND BOARD › § 2302
The Board can create an official seal that courts must accept as authentic. It can hire, and pay back to, staff from the National Archives (as the Archivist allows) and from other federal agencies to help run the trust fund and to prepare and publish special historical works, photos, and sound recordings. The Board can make bylaws, rules, and regulations to run its work, and it can hire employees and set their pay while following civil service laws and rules.
