Print and distribute set numbers of copies for bills and resolutions. Print 625 copies of every Senate or House public bill and joint resolution. Send 225 to the Senate document room, 15 to the Secretary of the Senate, and 385 to the House document room. Print 300 copies of each Senate private bill at three stages (introduced, reported, passed): 170 to the Senate document room, 15 to the Secretary, 100 to the House document room, and 10 to the Superintendent of Documents. Print 260 copies of each House private bill at those same stages: 135 to the Senate document room, 15 to the Secretary, 100 to the House document room, and 10 to the Superintendent. Bills and resolutions must be printed in bill form and, unless either House orders otherwise, are printed only when sent to a committee, when favorably reported, and after passage. Concurrent and simple resolutions get 260 copies when reported and after passage, with the same distribution as the House private bills unless specially ordered.
