Title 44 › Chapter CHAPTER 9— - CONGRESSIONAL RECORD › § 910
Under the Joint Committee, the Director of the Government Publishing Office may sell subscriptions to the daily Record and sell current or bound copies of the Congressional Record. Prices must cover printing and delivery and be paid in advance; the money goes into the Treasury and is reported to Congress. The Congressional Record gets the same postage rates as newspapers and other periodicals with paid subscribers.
