Makes it a crime to on purpose refuse to give reports or information the Board requires, or to on purpose lie or help lie in reports or claims to get payments. A person who does this can be fined up to $10,000, jailed up to one year, or both. Fines and penalties go to the court and are then sent to the U.S. Treasury to be credited to the Railroad Retirement Account.
