Title 45 › Chapter CHAPTER 11— - RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE › § 363a
Requires the Unemployment Trust Fund to pay back, in total equal to the “employee amount” moved from a State unemployment fund, the money to the people who paid those state contributions. Refunds are split by each person’s share and go to the estate if the person died. Claims had to be filed with the Railroad Retirement Board within two years after August 2, 1946. employee amount — money sent from a State fund because employee contributions counted. Unemployment Trust Fund — fund under 42 U.S.C. 1104. employees — as defined in the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act.
