Sets meanings for four words used in this part. "Abandon" means to moor, strand, wreck, sink, or leave a covered vessel unattended for longer than 45 days. "Covered vessel" is any vessel that is not a barge under subchapter I. "Indian Tribe" means what 25 U.S.C. 5304 says. "Native Hawaiian organization" means what 20 U.S.C. 7517 says and also includes the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
