section 51506(b) of this title, the amount shall be— “(A) $100,000 for a State maritime academy; and “(B) $300,000 for fiscal year 2006, $400,000 for fiscal year 2007, and $500,000 for fiscal year 2008 and each fiscal year thereafter for a regional maritime academy.” 2008—Pub.
