§1733 Qualifications for Office of Delegate

To be a Delegate, a person must be at least 25 years old on election day, be loyal to the United States, live in the Territory of American Samoa, and not be running for any other office on that day.

Title 48, §1733

Territories and Insular Possessions — Source: USLM XML via OLRC

To be eligible for the office of Delegate a candidate shall—
(a)be at least twenty-five years of age on the date of the election;
(b)owe allegiance to the United States;
(c)be an inhabitant of the Territory of American Samoa; and
(d)not be, on the date of the election, a candidate for any other office.
