Allows the Department of the Interior to use money from the U.S. Treasury, as much as is needed and until it is all spent, to carry out the purposes of sections 1921d(f)(1) and 1921d(i) of this title, sections 211, 212(b), 215, and 217 of the U.S.-FSM Compact, and sections 211, 212, 213(b), 216, and 218 of the U.S.-RMI Compact. Also allows funds to be provided, as much as needed and until spent, to the departments, agencies, and instrumentalities named in paragraphs (1) and (3) through (6) of section 221(a) of the U.S.-FSM Compact and paragraphs (1) and (3) through (5) of section 221(a) of the U.S.-RMI Compact to carry out section 221(a) of each Compact.
