Summary

The U.S. Secretary of Transportation must create and publish a public website that lists countries that may require airlines to treat or spray passenger cabins with insecticide before flights there or to spray cabins while passengers are on board. Airlines, including foreign airlines, and ticket sellers in the United States who sell tickets for flights to those countries must tell buyers and direct them to that website for more information.
