Airports that are large, medium, or small hubs with scheduled passenger flights must post clear signs about passengers’ federal rights. The signs must cover four topics: delays and cancellations, refunds, being bumped/oversold, and lost, delayed, or damaged baggage. They must be placed in visible spots like ticket counters, security, and boarding gates. Airports must tell passengers who say they have a disability that accessibility help is available and help them get the same information. Disability — as defined in the federal aviation rules.
