Airlines, foreign airlines, ticket agents, and their officers, agents, or employees can be fined under title 18 if they on purpose give or arrange illegal discounts or other special deals, or if they help or let someone get travel or services for less than the lawful price. Any person can also be fined under title 18 if they on purpose ask for, take, or receive part of a lawful price as a rebate for foreign air transportation of property or related services, or take a privilege or facility that must be listed in a current tariff for that transportation.
