Summary
For the fiscal years ending September 30, 1993 through 1995, money needed to carry out section 44515 may be provided to the Secretary of Transportation from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund established under section 9502 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (26 U.S.C. 9502). The funds remain available until they are spent.
