Summary

Defines three words used in this chapter: aircraft, vehicle, and vessel. An aircraft is any craft used or able to be used to travel through the air. A vehicle is any craft used or able to be used to move on, under, or above land, but it does not include aircraft. A vessel is any craft used or able to be used to travel in water, but it does not include aircraft.

In this chapter—
(1)“aircraft” means a contrivance used, or capable of being used, for transportation in the air.
(2)“vehicle” means a contrivance used, or capable of being used, for transportation on, below, or above land, but does not include aircraft.
(3)“vessel” means a contrivance used, or capable of being used, for transportation in water, but does not include aircraft.
